This bonded pair are super sweet. The do both have Cerebellar hypoplasia, sometimes called wobbly cat syndrome. CH is a congenital condition in cats that is neither contagious nor progressive. Sprinkles has a mild diagnosis and is able to do everything any other cat can do. She is actually a great jumper and climber. Scrunchie has a more severe diagnosis and is quite wobbly when he walks but he is also able to climb well. This pair would do best in a home that is one level (apartment/condo).
