Bowie and Midnight – a pair!

I am a very friendly guy! I have been working on bonding Midnight and we would do well as a pair. I like people and attention! I’m a bit messy, I like to decorate my own space and when the volunteers “clean” my cage I immediately set to work fixing it. They just don’t understand my style!! I am quite big which is hard to tell from my photos.

Midnight is a friendly female bunny who is looking for a family! She and Bowie have been working on bonding and are getting along well. We would like to see them go together! Midnight can take a bit of time to settle into new situations but after a short adjustment period she loves attention and affection. She is spayed and ready to go. We recommend getting all bunnies the Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease Vaccine but this is not something that our bunnies have been vaccinated for yet. We recommend speaking to your vet about this after adoption.

All of our bunnies are adopted into homes who have and understand the positive benefits of free roaming rabbits and do not go to cage only homes. We expect rabbits be allowed out for play time, and social time and do not be confined to a critter cage their entire lives. These rabbits have been trained to use a litterbox and do not pee and seldom poop outside of that. These rabbits have been raised in an indoor only home and would not be available to go to an outdoor hutch only home or an indoor cage only home. Indoor cages are accepted as a short term solution for rabbits who can’t be safely supervised during work or sleep hours (like crate training a dog) but they can not be left for days on end in a small animal cage or hutch only.
