Layla here and I am one of WHARFs parvo rescues. Most of the time older teenager puppies don’t break with parvo but when they do the recovery I guess is way worse. I lost so much weight and was in the clinic for almost a week. I have been slowly gaining weight and will finally be a good weight to get spayed next week. My foster mom loves me so much and I love her just as much, we spend every minute that she is at home side by side. If she is too busy for me I will be snuggled up with the kids on the couch. I am great with cats, dogs and theres also free roam guinea pigs here too that I am quite scared of, I do like to drink all their water though. I am not really keen on going outside right now so I am a little bad on the leash. I am great in the kennel, in the house, I love car rides and I am learning my manners. I like to follow the cats but am slowly learning that I am much to big to sit on the tables and back of the couch and I guess my feet don’t belong on the counters. I am a very curious girl but also catch on quickly for things that dogs are not allowed to do. I will be ready to go next week after I am fully vetted. I am ready to meet potential families though.
